Do I pay any fees?
No. Our nonprofit partners retain us to manage the diligence, so donors receive white-glove service without brokerage commissions or processing charges.
Will I still receive documentation for my deduction?
Yes. We coordinate the qualified appraisal when required, generate the charitable acknowledgment letter, and deliver closing packets so you and your CPA can document the deduction within IRS guidelines.
